Blackwater Draw Brewing Co. was founded in 2013 by Chris Steele and Chris Weingart.
Blackwater Draw began as a restaurant and brewpub in College Station's Northgate entertainment district. Then, in 2015, we expanded across town and opened our production brewery in Downtown Bryan.
For several years, we operated both locations—brewing and packaging beer in Bryan while continuing to run the original Northgate brewpub. In 2019, we closed the College Station location and put our full focus on Downtown Bryan.
Today, the brewery at 701 N Main St is home to our production brewery and taproom, where we continue to make everything from crisp lagers and hazy IPAs to coffee porters, sours and whatever else sounds like a good idea.
